Appears in Hesselbachs triangle!!

  1. Inguinal ligament
  2. Lateral border of rectus abdominis muscle
  3. Inferior epigastric vessels

Indirect

MC type of hernia in both men and women

**Incomplete closure of the process vaginalis***

Femoral

More common in women > men

Through the femoral canal
