Polycystic Kidney Disease

Autosomal dominant disorder in adults

Flank pain, HTN, Hematuria

**BERRY ANEURYSMS**

*Cysts are primarily in the kidney but can be extrarenal as well*

Dx: Renal Ultrasound

Renal Artery Stenosis

Stenosis of 1 or both renal arteries

Refractory HTN, *abdominal bruit*

****AKI after initiation of ACEI****

Dx: Renal arteriography
