This book is a MUST HAVE to use as an adjunct with the Pance Prep Pearl. Dwayne Williams offers 600 PANCE style exam questions (with answers and explanations) that parallel his review book. And the added benefit of this book is that it provides CME opportunity.
This is the resource that you will consistently turn to during your physical diagnosis training. It will teach you how to take a proper history and it contains all explanations of each special test for all body systems!
During your surgical rotations when you are getting rapid fire questions from a surgeon during an cholecystectomy, this book is your ammo to fire back! Surgical Recall is a MUST HAVE during your surgical rotations as you are studying up on an upcoming surgery and preparing for all sorts of questions to be fired your way!
During your rotation when you need to look something up, it is much better using a pocket reference book than being caught on your phone by an attending physician!
