**You must get two pregnancy test and patient must commit to two forms of birth control before starting oral isotretinoin (Accutane)**
Rosacea
Folliculitis
Causative agent usually Staph Aureus.
Treatment: Warm compresses. Topical creams second line if needed. Oral antibiotics if refractory
Look for the patient who gets in a hot tub and then develops folliculitis!!
*The causative agent in hot tub folliculitis = PSEUDOMONAS*
