  • “Tunnel vision”
  • “Immediate regain of alertness” (vs post-ictal state following seizure)

Orthostatic Hypotension

  • SBP decrease of at least 20 mmHg within three minutes of standing
  • DBP decrease of at least 10 mmHg within three minutes of standing
  • HR increase of at least 20 bpm within three minutes of standing
