Can also infect the skin in moist areas.

Tx: Antifungals

On KOH prep it reveals **SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALL APPEARANCE**

Lesions located in web spaces of toes and fingers

Worse at night

Tx includes:

Topical Permethrin (Elimite)

2nd line = Lindane [terotogenic, CI in kids <2yo, causes seizures after showers]

Pediculosis (Lice)

Itching

Nits located at the base of the hair shaft

Tx includes:

Topical Permethrin (Elimite)

Viral

Condyloma Acuminatum

*Flesh colored cauliflower like lesion*

Herpes Simplex

***Painful vesicules on an erythematous base***
